Step 2

We will send a fully Accredited Sky Engineer to carry out a free satellite survey.
The engineer can discuss the dish position, cable run etc, free of charge.

Step 3

If you are happy with our engineers advice you will then be contacted by one of our customer services team, who will order your Sky Viewing Card.

Step 4

As soon as you receive your Sky Viewing Card through the post, call us to arrange a suitable installation date.

Step 5

Your fully Accredited Sky Engineer will install your system on the date and time promised. This process normally takes 3 to 5 Working Days.
